By Car
Those arriving with the motorway A4 from Venice-Mestre and those arriving with the motorway Tarvisio-Austria, once you have left the exit Trieste-Lisert you must continue for about 40 kilometres. There are two possibilities:
– you exit at Sistiana and follow the panoramic coastal road, pass through the centre of Trieste and then follow the indications for Slovenia, Rabuiese, and Muggia. Or quicker after the exit Lisert-Trieste continue on the motorway until you reach the exit Muggia, Slovenia and Rabuiese. The last exit before the state border of Rabuiese brings you to our hotel in the centre of Muggia.
Coming from Ljubljana, you must continue on the motorway 15, passing through the Rabuiese border then at the roundabout take the third exit and continue on the Strada delle Saline in direction for Muggia.
By Plane
The nearest airport is Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari which is 50 km away and is linked to the center of Trieste by a bus which takes you to the central railway station, from here you can reach Muggia by bus or taxi.
By Train
From Trieste central railway station it is about 20 km to Muggia (bus 20).
From Trieste
There are guaranteed bus links to Muggia with the number 20 bus from 05.00 to 24.00 every 20 , By Ferry Boat. and By Taxi (Taxi Radio Trieste: 040 307730)
Taking the car from Trieste you can reach our hotel in 15/20 minutes.
By Sea
For those who wish to reaching Muggia by sea, you must enter into the Muggia bay, in the gulf of Trieste. The coordinates for the port of San Rocco Muggia are 45° 36, 621 North and 13° 45, 155 east.
Parking
50 meters away from the hotel, there is a parking garage (parking Caliterna) where you can leave your vehicle at the 2nd underground floor for a fee of €4.00 per day, places reserved for the hotel are limited.
